Unfortunately I remember you very well!!! 3 full days I was trying to buy a skirt selected through your site!.
You are rejecting my password, my identity, I can not get help before registration. But I can not register because you are rejecting my password, my identity shall I continue? I can not put my telephone number as you demand France mobile but living in France I have Swiss mobile. Do you consider this as a criminal case?
And the reason is very simple French mobiles are working very badly in the mountains and I have an apartment in the mountains.

16/08/2023 I placed my order n 297937**** and paid in the clothing online boutique TheLeatherEssential, the total amount of the order amounted to 106,60 .
23/08/2023 I reseived a e-mail message with the notification of the sending of the order. I checked delivery records, As it turned out the other day, it was a lie. It was delivered pretty fast ...to US 01/06/2023 ! I demanded an explanation from the seller, and the vendor said "I shall keep the my theam abreast of the situation".
But it's been more than 48 hours since he's made contact.
So to summarise:
1.
the seller placed a fake delivery link to cheat the system Etsy;
2. once the investment has been made, the relationship with the seller ends.
- I will tell if he can refund my money
- It allows them to get money
- Sellers post false links about product delivery
Preferred solution: my money for a false order, strengthening customer protection on the site Etsy

I am not using Etsy for more than 5 years, have no listing.
In Sep, noticed lots of mails from etsy about billing, illegal copy right, suspension of my account etc. But after suspension, another email saying my bill is ready for me to pay.
Today, I found in June, Etsy sent me security setting changed and if it's not me, then should contact Etsy Help center.
Both for billing problem, illegal copy right problem, and security problem, I need to contact Help center, while seems that I cannot use Help center if I cannot sign in?
I do not know what to do...
Preferred solution: Contact to Etsy to explain to me what is wrong.

You collected the 165 from the order placed by my client, I on my side paid to have the two posters ordered made and sent at my expense and only AFTER you informed me that you cannot validate my account because that supposedly my bank and ID addresses don't match???
You deleted my shop and I NEVER RECEIVED the payment owed to me.
I therefore urge you to take the necessary steps to ensure that this sum of 165 is paid into my account.
If this is not possible, you must imperatively reimburse my client!!
Please let me know as soon as possible.
You already received my bank details again for this purpose.

My account was suspended 2 weeks ago, I only get automated replies from customer services saying it is permanently closed and that they cannot tell me the reason they have blocked it!

I just created a seller account, I was new there, never had an Etsy seller account before, but I was a buyer and used to buy very often on this website.
Well, being an artist and loving DIY stuff I wanted to start my activity and sell my handmade products online so naturally I thought about Etsy. I create my seller account everything is ok and I post my first item which was an Epoxy platter Ive made, especially made for the occasion of Eid holidays on that time.
Now maybe 2 days after, Etsy send me an email telling me that my account have been suppressed because of terms & policy violations ..
violation ? Which violation ? I just created the account, posted an epoxy platter Ive made myself, this platter was personnalized for holidays is that the reason ? If yes then its racist !
And Ive read the terms and policies of the company I didnt violate anything at anytime.
Its not my poor epoxy platter with glitter and diamond that will create propaganda or a war, plus Ive seen other sellers selling similar items ! In the same category, nothin wrong. So why me ?
Plus they told me on the email that my account will never be recovered and if I try to open another account it will be deleted asap too .. like, I dont understand whats going on !
I try to call them, none of their phone number works.
well this company is kinda suspicious for me now.

I am Aqib Butt. I have a shop on Etsy the name is LeatherLustFr.
I started this shop five months ago after reading all the policies and house rules of Etsy. I listed the handmade wallets which are produced by my production partner. He has his own production unit and he made the product for me and Ill do the rest.
I well optimize my shop and listing with the help of Etsy tools. But it seems to be my shop is de-ranked.
I do not get the visits, even I dont get any single views on daily. Please have a look at my shop and please let me know the reason why my shop is down.
In all the time I have 01 order which was placed bt Nov 05 2021 and I completed that order on Nov 07, 2021. Mistakenly I put the wrong tracking ID that's why my order is still in pre-transit. But the order is delivered and the customer gives the 05-star review for the purchase.
I humbly requested that please have a look at my shop and resolve all the glithes or issues for continuing my shop and let me know if I did something wrong.
I apologize for that. Again I request you please give a convenient way to do business on Etsy.
